The Partial Planning Package is designed for the couple who has a clear vision but seeks a professional partner to refine the details and master the execution. This is for those who value their peace of mind and want to ensure their curated ideas are brought to life with precision and style.

We step in to bridge the gap between your inspiration and the final guest experience. Whether it is managing complex vendor communications, overseeing contract details, or providing step-by-step guidance in the months leading up to your celebration, Aspen Events acts as the steward of your plans, ensuring every element is polished and purposeful.

The Atmosphere
Your vision remains at the heart of the process. We work alongside you to finalize vision boards and design concepts that heighten the ambiance of your day. With access to our exclusive resources—including our budget guide and "That’s The One" system—you have the tools to remain organized while we handle the heavy lifting of set-up and take-down.

The Experience
Available for booking six months prior to your date, this package includes consistent monthly sessions to ensure total alignment. With a dedicated lead planner and assistants on-site, we manage the flow of the event so you can step out of the "planner" role and simply inhabit the moment.
